The Golden Law Center provides assistance to trustees and executors and administrators of estates. These services include filing probate and administration petitions, preparing and filing the inventory of estate assets, negotiating with estate creditors (including Medicaid), disclaimers and asset distributions, and accountings. We also represent estates, trusts, and guardians selling or transferring real estate.
